Returns and Refunds

2. Graded Coins and Slabs: All sales are final. Items are sold as-is and are certified by third-party grading services.
3. Raw Coins, Paper Money, and Bullion: Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, in original, unaltered condition.
4. Custom Orders or Special Sourcing Requests: Final sale only.
5. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Terms of Sale

1. All items are guaranteed genuine unless otherwise stated.
2. Our precious metal prices are based on the Kitco Spot Market prices and as a result are subject to change without notice.
3. Prices are subject to market fluctuations and availability.
4. We do not guarantee specific grades for raw (ungraded) coins.
5. We reserve the right to cancel orders or correct errors in pricing or descriptions.

Authenticity and Guarantees

1. We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell.
2. Graded coins are certified by PCGS, NGC, or ANACS or any other third-party grading service that is labelled on the slab.
3. Raw coins are examined carefully and described to the best of our ability.
4. Bullion is tested and verified before being offered for sale.
5. If you ever have concerns about an item’s authenticity, please contact us directly.

HiBid Auction Winners

1. Our HiBid Auction Winners will receive notifications through their HiBid accounts directing them to select whether they would like to pickup their items or have them shipped.
2. Each auction will contain a "Bidding Notice:" that details dates, times, and the address for pickups as well as information pertaining to payments
3. If shipping is selected your payment information on file with HiBid will be processed and you will receive an e-mail from Shipping Saint detailing the cost of shipping your package.
   Our staff will usually have your items packaged and weighed within 2 days of the auction ending, if you have not received any notifications after 2 days, please reach out to us.

5. If you are unable to pick up your items within our posted dates and times please reach our to us at your earliest convenience, other times may be arranged at auction company discretion.
